We are looking for a motivated, team player with excellent attention to detail to process receivables for our Accounting Team!
What you will do
- Manage assigned department inboxes
- Daily submission of Funding Requests for government funded relief programs
- Daily reconciliation of assigned funding agencies
- Handling of returned mail data and stop payment tracker
- External communication with assigned funding agencies to resolve open issues
- Internal communication with Account Managers in support of relief programs
- Daily reconciliation of payment processing bank accounts
- Daily reconciliation of chargebacks
- Assist with month-end reporting and other duties as assigned
- Be part of a great team and collaborate on a regular basis to ensure team success
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong accuracy level
- High attention to detail
- Desire to meet or exceed expectations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive with process improvement
- Regular, punctual attendance and a standard 8-hour per day work schedule is an essential function of this job.
