We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic team players with great technical support skills to support the successful transfer of energy data to Yardi's property management software!
What you will do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for third-party vendors; upload data reads and manage vendor deliverables via mobile applications and web portals
- Schedule and monitor data imports
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues with submeter network infrastructure
- Run dashboard reports to review data and respond to quality control system alerts
- Assess and resolve usage anomalies; create usage reporting to ensure quality data
- Assist with resolving issues related to system data and data issues identified by Technical Account Managers
- Assist quarterly with testing new system functionality
What you need to have
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to learn new concepts and adapt to new software technology and processes
- Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues in a timely manner
- Ability to think logically and problem solve
- Understanding of customer-oriented service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines effectively
What would be helpful to have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Prior customer service or technical support experience
- Technical acumen with a specific focus on prior generations of hardware/software
