About the Role:

Join Yardi's onsite Processing Team as a Processing Clerk, where you'll play a key role in organizing and managing high volumes of financial documents with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves sorting, scanning, and entering data to ensure smooth and timely processing. We're looking for detail-oriented team players who are motivated to help achieve daily productivity goals in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

* Use your strong attention to detail to open and sort mailed invoices / checks in numerical order

* Multi-task and process, scan, and upload invoices into several different online systems

* Perform data entry and flag any anomalies for review

* Scan checks into different online systems

* Perform data entry on checks and coupons

* Add checks in a large number of check batches and prove check batches in the system

* Be part of a great team and reach daily productivity goals

Who You Are:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D.

* Prior experience working with invoice / check processing

* Prior data entry experience with 10,000 kph

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively

* High comfort level processing high volumes of paperwork at a moderate pace

* Comfort level learning new concepts and asking questions

* Flexibility and the ability to exercise patience when necessary

* Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals

* Reliability and strong work ethic

Ideal to Have:

* Prior experience processing PDF scans / processing checks
