The YMCA of Northern Colorado in Johnstown is seeking smilers, skilled chatters, and expert joy providers. We are in need of customer service specialists to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.

Position is part time 12-25 hours per week, year round. Opportunities for day, evening and weekend shifts are currently open. We ask all staff to work at least one weekend shift per month, but you do not need to be available for all open times to apply.
Salary starts at $12.56/hour. We offer a 10% differential for bilingual staff (Spanish and English) and a 10% differential for staff working the opening shift until 9am. These increases can be combined.

If you work 20 hours a week, your benefits grow from there. Sick time is earned from day 1, and we make contributions of 10% of your salary to the YMCA Retirement Fund for eligible staff. Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift
- Customer Service and Sales Experience
- Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Spanish proficiency is a plus (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency)
