Youth Soccer Sports Official
The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Soccer Officials for our youth programs. The position is part time. You will rotate game and scorekeeping duties with another official. Games are played Friday nights 4:30 to 7PM; Saturdays 8:30AM-noon and Saturday afternoons from noon to 4PM. You do not need to be available for all time slots to apply. Season runs August 21-Oct 14, with no games over Labor day weekend.
Salary range starts at $15-$18/hour based on experience and certifications. State certified officials will earn $25/hour. In addition, we offer a 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
The Youth Soccer Sports Official will provide leadership to all participants and coaches by knowing, understanding, and implementing the rules of the game and ensuring the safety of the playing area. Officials will make sure the overall program runs smoothly and safely with all games starting and ending on schedule. If this season isn't a match, please check our website.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Age 16 years or older
- Significant involvement with the sport and/or experience officiating
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days
- Fair, direct and agreeable attitude
