The Beverly YMCA is seeking experienced Cheerleading Coach to join our team and lead children and youth as we build upon an already excellent program. Opportunities available for High Level, Low Level and Excel coaches. Coaches must be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, compassionate, with a passion to lead and assist others to meet cheer goals.
Essential Functions:
- Teach youth and teen recreational classes to promote team participation
- Inspire the youths in our community by serving as their greatest role models
- Watch the hard work pay off when cheerleaders succeed in practices and at competitions
- Build long-lasting, genuine relationships with Y staff and families
- Help teens build essential life skills

Qualifications
- Previous cheer experience coaching
- Experience working in a competition setting
- General knowledge The Open Score Sheet Or United Score Sheet
- Tumbling experience
- Must be available Wednesdays and Sundays
