What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Coordinator position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Full-Time Salary FLSA classification: Exempt
Summary of Position: Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care to ensure participation and involvement of the entire family. In addition, this position provides substance use counseling to participants and Family Support Network, counseling to parents/caregivers. This position will be responsible for administering and scoring screening and evaluation tools required by the project.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree generally preferred.
Commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable unless referring authority requires specific degree.
One year of related experience/training in youth services, community programs, or program development. At least one-year related experience/training in supervision of staff.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance with bodily injury liability limits of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.
