Assistant Controller

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and manage financial data presentation
• Support local management in achieving financial goals Ensure accurate and timely reporting with Corporate Controller collaboration
• Provide clear and concise financial and operational data
• Prepare financial analyses and summations Lead initiatives to drive profitability and streamline processes
• Oversee physical inventory and ensure reconciliation with the general ledger
• Collaborate on Annual Plan and quarterly forecasts
• Maintain cost-effective internal controls
• Assist with accounts receivable collections
  
  

Requirements

• BS in Accounting or related field; relevant experience considered
• 5 years in accounting and financial analysis within manufacturing; public accounting a plus
• CPA/CMA preferred
• Strong accounting, financial analysis, manufacturing labor cost accounting, and cash reconciliation skills; exceptional Excel and Word skills; ERP systems knowledge
