Position Details
- Location: Warsaw/Columbia City
- Schedule: 3rd shift - overtime may be required
- Pay Rate: $30-35/hr quarterly bonus
- Direct hire full benefits package
- Design, develop, and implement new and existing automation systems.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automated machinery.
- Serve as backup support for automation processors and systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to support day-to-day operations and reduce downtime.
- Conduct training on automation tools, CNC and PLC systems.
- Program and implement motion control systems, operator interfaces, robotics, vision systems, and facility automation.
- Assist with fault recovery procedures and system upgrades.
- 5–10 years of experience working with industrial automation systems.
- Proficient in Fanuc FAPT Ladder II and III, Teach Pendant Programming.
- Skilled in reading and creating wiring diagrams and cable layouts.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Expertise in integrating robotic systems with automation equipment.
- Familiar with network protocols including Ethernet, Profibus, Serial, DH , and Profinet.
- Strong background in PLC programming (Allen Bradley 5/500/5000, Siemens Step 7).
- Hands-on knowledge of HMI/OITs, VFDs, and servo motor systems.
- PLC, CNC, motion control, and HMI programming.
- Robotics programming and interface integration.
- System diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Safety compliance in electrical and robotic systems.
