Shift: 2nd Shift (5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, flexible to support production needs)
Pay: $26.00 – $37.00/hour DOE ( $1.00/hour shift differential)
Schedule: Must be open to overtime and occasional 12-hour shifts

- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, robotic cells, and automated machinery.
- Program, modify, and optimize PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and robotic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical automation systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, downtime records, and PM schedules.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement automation upgrades and improvements.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in PLC programming, robotics troubleshooting, and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards, including OSHA and LOTO.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
- Stand, walk, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
- Maintain visual acuity and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment.
