Global Project Manager

Location: Tucson / Oro Valley, AZ (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $58–$62 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to support Companion Diagnostics (CDx) product development and product care programs. This role is responsible for driving projects from concept through completion, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Drive risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario planning
• Lead milestone and capacity reviews (cQCR, SCR, fQCR)
• Apply Agile and hybrid project management methodologies
• Track and report KPIs, OKRs, and project metrics
• Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for project data
• Identify risks, gaps, and delays and implement mitigation strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred)
• 4 years project management experience in diagnostics, medical device, pharma, or biotech
• 1 year experience in CDx, IVD development, clinical/analytical validation, regulatory submissions, or instrument development
• Experience in regulated environments
