QC Lab Tech

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading flavor manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Lab Technician to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our flavor products through rigorous testing and analysis.

Regular Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform sensory evaluations and prepare samples for testing.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and assist in data analysis.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to support flavor development projects.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the food or flavor industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with flavor chemistry and sensory analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory software.
