Since our founding in 2002, we have worked with over 10,000 Latino families, offering comprehensive, life-changing services. Because we believe that all people have the innate capacity for growth and transformation, we serve families through culturally-competent education and microenterprise programs, including: Adult and Early Childhood Education, Chicas Youth Development, ESPERE Violence Reduction, Empresas Small Business Development, Sustainable Agriculture, and the Forest Grove Farmers Market/Nourish the Community. Quality education is a fundamental right of all people and a prerequisite to an engaged community. Our programs provide the tools of education, combined with healing and leadership skills, to ensure the social-emotional and educational well-being of the whole individual.
