Family Law Paralegal

A regional law firm is looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join their team out of their Castle Rock, CO office. MUST be able to work fully in-office in Castle Rock, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from inception through trial/settlement
• E-filing in state (CO) and federal courts
• Trial notebooks, communicating with clients, drafting motions
• Calendaring, scheduling
• Discovery

Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years of family law paralegal experience
  • Criminal experience preferred- our family law attorneys do both
• Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or bachelors degree required
• Ability to commute daily to the firm's office in Castle Rock, CO
• Must have organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work with multiple attorneys
• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, team player

Salary: $70-$80k/yr.
