Account Executive – Insurance Solutions
Location: Onsite in Overland Park, KS

This is an opportunity for a sales pro who wants more than a desk and a dialer. You’ll be part of a high-growth insurtech team transforming how landlords insure their rental properties—with fast, tech-forward solutions and a performance-first mindset.

What You’ll Do:
Guide real estate investors and landlords through insurance coverage options
Convert inbound leads via phone, email, and text—fast response wins here
Re-engage lost accounts and pursue referral or industry-sourced opportunities
Work directly with underwriters to negotiate quotes and bind coverage
Upsell and cross-sell across existing accounts to grow your portfolio
Handle renewals, rewrites, and reissues with accuracy and urgency
Track trends, policy changes, and competitor movement in the rental property insurance space
Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech to improve messaging and tools
What You Bring:
2 years of sales experience in a high-performance environment
Track record of hitting or beating revenue targets
Insurance or financial services experience is a plus, not a must
Fast learner, tech-savvy, and fluent with CRMs and digital sales tools
Clear communicator with solid follow-up habits and strong execution
Self-directed and driven—you don’t need a manager breathing down your neck to perform
Property & Casualty license not required upfront—we cover training and exam costs

Uncapped Commission: On-target earnings $80,000–$175,000
