We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a growing organization that values proactive problem-solvers and team players. This hybrid role requires local presence—candidates must be based in the Kansas City area.

Schedule: Hybrid (on-site and remote)

The Opportunity:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for client inquiries, product questions, and service issues. You’ll deliver thoughtful, accurate support and play a key role in sharing feedback that drives improvements across the company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to incoming calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and accuracy
Troubleshooting customer concerns and resolving them efficiently
Staying up-to-date on the company’s evolving product and service offerings
Relaying customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table:
1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center or support environment
High school diploma or GED
Clear, confident phone communication (inbound and outbound)
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Bonus if You Have:
A proactive mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture behind a customer inquiry
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
