We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to manage daily shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective shipment of products while maintaining clear communication with carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments. This role is essential to maintaining high customer satisfaction through accurate and on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate all outbound and inbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
-Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and labels
-Verify and process orders for accuracy, quantity, and packaging requirements
-Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers and internal teams
-Work closely with carriers and freight companies to negotiate rates and resolve delivery issues
-Maintain shipping logs and ensure accurate documentation for audits and compliance
-Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
-Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications:
-1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
-Familiarity with shipping software, carrier portals, and ERP systems
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
