Must have Accounting Clerk experience
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk who will be a supportive force to our team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
-Review invoices for accuracy
-Contact clients regarding discrepancies and answers all inquiries
-Complete statement reconciliations quarterly
-Approve all invoices for payment
-Prepares A/P checks, prints all A/P reports and maintains all A/P files
-Project management support
-Assist team members internal and external
-Help with mail, errands, and other tasks needed
