Social Media Manager – Crypto/DeFi / Developer & Institutional Audiences Role Summary: We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to own day-to-day social content creation, production coordination, scheduling, and community moderation. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Comms, Creative, Events, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant in a highly regulated and fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do: Create and publish social content optimized for key platforms (X, LinkedIn, and others as needed) to increase engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth among developer and institutional audiences. Craft and schedule social copy that translates technical concepts into clear, credible narratives, including product updates, ecosystem education, launch moments, and event coverage. * Manage a social content calendar aligned with launches, partnerships, events, and relevant industry moments in crypto/DeFi/developer and institutional markets. Maintain an active presence across owned channels, including community moderation, comment management, and escalation of issues to appropriate partners (Comms, Support, Legal/Compliance). Collaborate with creative partners to produce high-quality static and video assets, including writing briefs and providing actionable feedback. Track and report social performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to content strategy and tactics. Support social programming around events, including invitations, reminders, live coverage, and post-event recaps, in partnership with Events and Comms teams. Follow approval processes to ensure all content meets legal, compliance, and disclosure standards. What You Bring: 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content production for tech brands (crypto/DeFi, developer-focused, or institutional/B2B finance experience a plus). Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for developer and institutional audiences (clear, direct, and credible). Experience with social publishing and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Data-informed mindset with comfort using analytics to guide recommendations and iterate on content. Experience with regulated brands and approvals workflows—or strong aptitude for learning quickly.
