Qualifications:
Must have 2-3 years Administrative experience
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Good organizational, multi-tasking abilities and must be detail oriented
Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing clerical support to staff members, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities. Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings, write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Order office supplies. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Provide general support to visitors.
