Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Competitive Pay
Are you polished, professional, and passionate about making a great first impression? We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to support our executive floor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being the go-to person for both visitors and internal teams.
Location: Ontario, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Weekdays
Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred
What You Will Do:
Be the friendly face and voice of the executive floor, greeting visitors and fielding phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, filing, drafting correspondence, and maintaining records
Use office systems and tools to create and manage databases, organize documents, and maintain calendars
Provide general support to executives, clients, and team members in a courteous and efficient manner
Operate office equipment, manage maintenance or repair requests, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly
You Would Be a Great Fit If You:
Have strong communication skills and a warm, outgoing demeanor
Are bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred, not required)
Can multitask and prioritize in a professional environment
Are detail-oriented with experience in administrative or receptionist roles
