We are working with a reputable Pittsburgh company who is dedicated to delivering exceptional mortgage services and ensuring their clients receive the highest level of support.
This respected company is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Closing Specialist to join their team.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Review conventional and government closed loan files for investor and agency compliance.
- Notify branch and centralized closing personnel of any file deficiencies and respond to inquiries regarding missing documentation.
- Monitor the status of loans submitted to investors to facilitate timely funding.
- Review, package, and deliver completed final documents within required investor timeframes.
- Track outstanding final documents and reconcile investor reports as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures preferred but not required!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong oral / written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
