Summary
Lease and manage commercial properties, including retail, industrial, and office spaces.
Duties
Prospect for new tenants and renew existing leases.
Negotiate and finalize lease agreements.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor properties.
Develop and implement leasing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with tenants and brokers.
Prepare and present leasing proposals to senior management.
Manage all aspects of the leasing process from start to finish.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
North Carolina Real Estate Salesperson license preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
