We’re seeking a customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Tech Support Specialist. This role involves providing technical assistance to internal and external customers, handling support tickets, and resolving tier 1-3 issues related to software, hardware, and network problems.
Responsibilities :
Resolve technical issues via phone, chat, and email in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and fix network, hardware, email, internet, and software issues for Windows and Apple users.
Assist with configuring desktop hardware and peripherals.
Provide remote support via desktop sharing for remote personnel.
Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, meeting SLAs.
Collaborate across teams to enhance customer support.
Suggest process improvements and contribute to the company knowledge base.
Skills & Experience :
1-2 years of end-user support for Windows and Apple systems.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Mac OS.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience in creating technical documentation and CRM systems.
Highly motivated with strong analytical and teamwork skills.
