We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Room Physician to join our team at Parker Indian Health Center, serving the American Indian/Alaskan Native communities.
About the Facility and Area:
The Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC) is a 17-bed Critical Access Hospital located next to the Colorado River, serving approximately 7,850 patients. The facility offers general medical services, specialty outpatient services, and is situated near various recreational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Staff the Emergency Department and provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety projects
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- ABEM or ABFM certification, with ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- Three or more years' experience in Emergency Medicine
- Active, unrestricted license and DEA from any US state or territory
- Committed to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare
