Job Title: Family Practice

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team at a Tribal, Medicare-certified Critical Access Hospital.

• Facility Overview:
• Type: Tribal, Medicare-certified Critical Access Hospital
• Beds: 15 total; 4-bed Med/Surg unit
• Annual Visits: 13,500 patients; 14,000 ED visits
• Catchment Area: Hopi Reservation and surrounding areas
• Tribes Served: Primarily Hopi and Navajo

• Position Details:
• Schedule: Wednesday Tuesday block, 10 hours/day
• Inpatient Load: 2 patients/day
• Urgent Care: variable patients/day
• Same Day Clinic: 8-10 appointments per half-day

• Clinical Services & Capabilities:
• Available On-Site:
• - Suturing, Undisplaced Fractures, Local Block/IV
• - Emergency/Urgent Care
• - Lab, X-ray, Ultrasound (3x/week), Pharmacy, EKG

• Not Performed:
• - Deliveries, Prenatal/Postnatal, Cesarean Sections, Major/Minor Surgery, Epidurals

• Specialty Services:
• - On-site: Behavioral Health, Dental, Emergency, Rheumatology (telemedicine)
• - Referred: Pediatrics, OBGYN, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Podiatry, Pathology, Urology

• Job Requirements:
• Board Certification: Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted license and DEA (any U.S. state/territory)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (PALS optional)
• Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Influenza, COVID
• Experience: Recent inpatient and outpatient experience; no practice lapse >6 months

Salary : $350,000 - $400,000
