Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Winter Sports Rental Attendant is responsible for all Winter Sports equipment rentals, fittings, inventory, cash handling and daily balancing of money, answering telephones and maintaining a clean and friendly environment. This is an at-will position. Examples of duties include:
- Assist and fit guests with ski equipment and train on use as needed.
- Greet guests in a pleasant and friendly manner.
- Sharpen and repair base surfaces and edges on skis and snowboards.
- Answer phones; accuratley dispense informaton to the public.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Requires strong customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with the public is crucial.
HOURS & PAY: Typically under 20 hours per week: mid-November through the beginning of March; weather permitting. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Starting hiring range is $14.00 per hour.
