Position Description: Collects enrollment data, enrolls and processes enrollment records and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities: 5.00% - Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
40.00% - Processes enrollments for all military and MOST programs to include coding sections on enrollment records and entering data in Banner. 15.00% - Assists in daily operations of the office of Military Programs, providing clerical support as required. 10.00% - Prepares grade rosters, certification rosters, use of facilities reports, correspondence, course completion certificates, and other student data as required. 5.00% - Performs follow-up on enrollment discrepancies. Identifies errors and problems; communicates to applicable areas. 5.00% - Maintains files and records relating to the enrollment process for both Military Programs and MOST. 5.00% - Maintains and updates program course listing and provides communication to all appropriate parties in regards to changes. 5.00% - Answers phones, takes messages, and directs students and calls appropriately. 5.00% - Assists in the marketing of courses offered at Military Programs and MOST. 5.00% - Assists with updates on program website. Expectations: To maintain accurate files and records.

To maintain a professional, courteus, and friendly demeanor toward internal and external customers.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. To participate in professional development activities to enhance job performance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience - Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
Education - A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills - Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the college, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Other Skills - Ability to work with minimum supervision and begin projects independently. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner. Proficient in operating a computer. Proficient in data entry. Attention to detail and motivation to learn new software & data management systems. Proven experience in meeting deadlines. Occasional travel between various campus sites may be requested Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work. Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office or classroom.
