Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Manage discovery processes, including document review and written discovery

• Interface directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts

• Argue motions in court and attend mediations and settlement conferences

• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including trial preparation

• Collaborate closely with experienced litigators to develop case strategy

• 1 years of experience in civil litigation within a law firm environment

• Active admission to the State Bar of California

• Experience with depositions, motion practice, or mediations preferred
