Key Responsibilities
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from pleadings through trial
• Draft and edit briefs, motions, pleadings, and substantive legal memoranda
• Conduct witness interviews and manage all phases of discovery
• Prepare for and take depositions; assist with arbitrations and trials
• Lead multiple significant matters simultaneously with increasing autonomy

Qualifications
• 4th–5th year Litigation Associate with complex litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and case-management skills
• Clerkship experience is preferred but not required
