Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and support employment-based immigration petitions from intake through filing
• Handle matters involving H-1B, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, E, O-1, L-1, and TN visas
• Assess visa options and develop case strategies tailored to employer needs
• Draft legal arguments, responses, and supporting documentation
• Conduct regular client status calls and provide strategic immigration guidance
• Coordinate and manage internal teams and workflow for immigration matters
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
