Key Responsibilities

• Analyze rights, duties, and obligations under various insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.

• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda.

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and substantive legal correspondence.

• Meet and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

• Attend arbitrations, mediations, and hearings as necessary.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with excellent academic credentials.

• Admission to the California Bar (additional admissions a plus).
