Key Responsibilities

• Handle intellectual property litigation matters, including patent infringement and trade secret disputes

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials

• Collaborate with attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case theories

• Participate in hearings, court proceedings, and other advocacy-related matters

• Support all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience practicing intellectual property litigation

• Juris Doctor degree and active admission to the State Bar of the office location

• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills

• Ability to manage assignments independently and work effectively within a team
