A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Miami, Florida office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with three to five years of civil litigation experience who enjoys analytical work, advocacy, and contributing to complex disputes. • Conduct legal research and perform detailed legal analysis

• Draft, review, and manage pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
