A well-established corporate practice is seeking a midlevel Corporate Associate in Austin to support sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters. This role offers substantive deal responsibility, direct client interaction, and long-term professional growth.

This is general practice firm and one of the largest law firms in Texas. Attorneys are able to improve their skills by participating in the firm's substantial formal training programs. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, so associates are able to interact with partners and receive mentoring.

Overview

A law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Austin, Texas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with three to five years of corporate experience who enjoys transactional work, drafting complex documents, and managing client relationships on high-value matters.

• Negotiate and draft transaction documents with precision

Qualifications

• Three to five years of corporate experience in a law firm setting

• Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or capital markets transactions
