What you’ll do

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery

• Assist with deposition preparation and trial readiness

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members

• Support development of case strategy and legal arguments

• Manage assigned matters with attention to detail and deadlines

Ideal background

Required:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience

• Background in commercial and/or entertainment litigation

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active California State Bar admission

• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Plaintiff-side litigation experience

• Comfort managing matters with increasing independence
