Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for complex commercial disputes.

• Represent clients across multiple industries in significant litigation matters.

• Draft persuasive briefs, memoranda, and other legal filings.

• Conduct in depth legal research and analyze evidence for case development.

• Participate in witness interviews, depositions, and client meetings.

• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission.

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Federal judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred.

• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated intellectual curiosity.

• Exceptional drafting, communication, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple high priority projects under tight deadlines.
