Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Trial-Focused Role | Los Angeles, CA

A dynamic law firm is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week while engaging in complex commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have more than three years of litigation experience, a strong trial preparation background, and an active California Bar license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for trials, including managing case strategy and courtroom responsibilities.

• Handle file management, motion practice, and deposition work.

• Utilize e-discovery tools to manage discovery efficiently.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements in clients’ best interests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Active California Bar license.

• Proven ability in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

• Proficiency with e-discovery software and processes.
