A leading California-based law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney with 15 years of experience handling a broad spectrum of real estate matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and residential transactions while providing strategic counsel to a diverse client base.

Drawing on over 30 years of experience, this California-based firm is known for dealing with complex business and real estate matters. Working with the clients at all stages of real estate transitions, the attorneys focus exclusively on the needs of their clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and property development.

• Draft and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, easements, and related transactional documents.

• Conduct due diligence and title reviews for both commercial and residential properties.

• Advise on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance matters.

• Represent clients in real estate-related disputes, including landlord-tenant and property litigation.

• Collaborate with brokers, developers, and municipal authorities to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Oversee closings and ensure compliance with documentation and filing requirements.

• Monitor changes in California real estate law and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the California State Bar (in good standing).

• Minimum of 15 years of general real estate law experience, including both transactional and litigation work.

• Deep knowledge of California property law, land use, and real estate regulations.

• Proven success managing complex real estate deals from start to finish.
