Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical training or certification in maintenance, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial process and packaging equipment maintenance and repair.
- Experience in equipment fabrication and modification techniques.
