Maxillofacial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maxillofacial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating various dental problems.

The Job Description includes:

• Examining patients' medical records to understand their oral health needs.
• Preparing patients for treatment by applying oral sedation or anesthesia when necessary.
• Checking teeth, gums, and other mouth parts, as well as X-rays and tests, to identify potential issues.
• Cleaning teeth and removing plaque to prevent further complications.
• Designing and fitting dental prosthetics such as bridges, crowns, and dentures.
• Applying teeth-whitening treatments to enhance patients' smiles.
• Conducting tooth extractions and root canal procedures with precision and care.
• Performing surgeries on diseased tissues and bones, requiring advanced knowledge and skill.
• Prescribing medication as needed to aid in patient recovery.
• Educating patients on proper brushing techniques, flossing, and fluoride use to promote good oral health.
• Encouraging regular check-ups and preventive dental care to maintain optimal oral health.

The Required Skills and Qualifications include:

• Degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure and certification in the field.
• Advanced knowledge of surgical techniques and instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
