What you’ll be doing:
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for a variety of user-focused equipment, including desktop imaging, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Handles diverse and complex tasks that demand creativity, while also contributing to supplementary IT functions
- Ensures timely response to high-priority Help Desk tickets through ongoing monitoring.
Need to have:
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of InTune
- Must have a Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
