Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and review employee expense reports based on policy guidelines
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and assist with program administration
- Support employee inquiries related to travel, expense, and credit card use
- Run reports and assist with data analysis (Microsoft Excel)
- Coordinate internal travel policy documentation
- Exposure to systems like SAP, Workday, Ariba
- Finance/Accounting knowledge preferred, along with strong general office skills
- Ability to think through processes to ensure mitigating risk & ensuring compliance
- Strong communication
- 2 years of expierence in Travel and Expense
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
