Brunel is recruiting HSE Trainers to work in Midland, TX for initially 1 year contract.
The HSE Trainer is responsible for delivering and maintaining health, safety, and environmental training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote a culture of safety within oil and gas operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HSE training programs tailored to operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on HSE best practices and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. (Will also consider those with great experience that might not have a college degree)
- Relevant certifications such as CSP, OHST, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
- Experience in a safety-related role within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and program development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE laws, codes, and industry standards.
