Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to the Managing Partner


Our client, a leading real estate investment and asset management firm, is hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support their Managing Partner in Midtown West. This is a high-impact, on-site role for a polished, proactive professional who enjoys being a true extension of senior leadership.


Location: Midtown West

Hours: 8:30/9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM, On-site 5 days

Compensation: 100k-140k base Bonus


Job Description

  • Act as a trusted right hand to the Managing Partner, overseeing complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and confidential administrative support
  • Oversee daily office operations, including accounts payable, vendor management, office supplies, and coordination with building management
  • Plan and coordinate team events, assist with onboarding new hires, and contribute to a welcoming, professional office culture
  • Maintain an office environment that is consistently organized, efficient, and client-ready


Who You Are

  • 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, finance or real estate preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
  • Team-oriented with a positive mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a high-performing organization
  • Trustworthy and discreet, with proven experience handling confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree required
