***Please note this role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting guests and employees and ensuring a seamless, professional experience
- Partner closely with the Office Manager and broader Admin team to deliver an exceptional office experience
- Manage guest access and security, including coordinating key cards and conducting regular access audits
- Oversee day-to-day office and facilities operations, ensuring conference rooms, workspaces, and common areas are clean, organized, and fully functional
- Coordinate with building management, facilities teams, and external vendors as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies, pantries, and inventory; place orders as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and office experience
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to leadership and internal teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated integrity and reliability
Salary:
100,000-115,000 yr, Depending on experience
