Executive Personal Assistant for Family Office in LA
Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support their Family Office operations. The job supports a busy bi-coastal Family who has multiple projects and properties in the LA area. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant and is skilled in complex calendaring, project management, travel logistics and high-touch administrative support. This person should be detail oriented, very organized, efficient and proactive. Experience in hospitality and construction oversight would be a big plus. The Principals are bi-coastal so experience working across multiple time zones is required. A dedicated, 24/7 mindset is appreciated for success in this role. Hybrid work model and reliable transportation is required. There will be travel within the LA area between the residence and hospitality projects. The Executive Personal Assistant will be an indispensable member of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling household management and maintenance
- Managing finances and paying bills
- Running errands as needed
- Assisting with relocation and future endeavors
- Managing contractors and vendors
- Providing personal support
- Knowledge of travel details including visas, flights, ground transportation, and concierge services
Requirements:
- Must be based in LA
- Must have a car for running errands
- Clean driving record
- Construction experience or project management highly preferred
- Must be okay to work early hours
- Salary: $120-150k DOE
