Channel Methods Partners, LLC; Neptune, NJ: A growing technical sales firm is seeking full time individuals to fill several sales and related positions. The company works in a professional, business-to-business (B2B), and environment and is focused in the life sciences and clinical trials industry. Candidates must be self-starters who are willing to learn and are interested in sales, lead generation, and business development.
Job Role:
The inside sales role requirements include; nurturing sales opportunities for our Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Device clients using telephone (outbound and inbound), email, video email, and social media.
Job description
- Utilize sales planning tools and the pipeline management process to obtain business objectives and goals.
- Enter existing client base and increase revenue.
- Meet minimum standards for calls, scheduled meetings, and sales quotas.
- Develop sales plan to build personal book of business.
- Connect with target prospects via phone, email, video, and social media
- Meet target Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for calls, emails, and total connections
- Qualify business opportunities for sophisticated Life Sciences companies
- Schedule meetings with prospects and companies that fit a target profile
- Enter notes in Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM), complete sales prep forms, and execute meeting logistics
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or other related field OR at least 2 years of telephone, B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge and competence in the major elements of inside sales including cold calling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition.
- Superior sales planning and business development skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Strong computer skills to include proficiency in all Microsoft programs
- Self-motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Effectively prioritize sales efforts and activities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills are essential
