Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Clae Goldman Team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door and retail.
- Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
