We're seeking a Registered Nurse for our ICU and CCU departments. As a RN, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making decisions on complex patient problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan patient care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria
- Provide direct patient care and collaborate with ancillary departments
- Develop and implement patient education plans
- Participate in unit-specific proficiency tests and maintain ACLS certification
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current registration in the State of Virginia
- Three years of previous clinically related hospital nursing experience preferred
- Baccalaureate Degree preferred
Salary : $70,173 - $105,116
